We are committed to providing you with the best care possible, and your first visit is an important step toward your recovery. Here’s everything you need to know about what to expect:
During your first visit, your therapist will conduct a detailed evaluation to assess your condition. This includes:
Your therapist will ask about your symptoms, medical history, and any factors that may be triggering or increasing your pain.
You may be asked to move in various ways (e.g., walking, sitting, standing) to measure your range of motion and strength. This helps the therapist understand how your body moves and functions.
A thorough postural analysis will be performed to ensure that your treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs, making it as effective as possible.
This evaluation will guide your treatment plan, ensuring that all aspects of your condition are addressed. Your treatment session will typically last between 45-60 minutes, depending on your specific condition and needs. Don’t hesitate to ask your therapist any questions regarding your plan—clear communication and mutual understanding are key to a successful recovery.
